Yes. The quote includes freight, insurance, the arancel of your tariff subpartida, the 19% IVA on CIF plus duty, and customs charges. Nothing is invoiced to you at the port of Buenaventura or Cartagena, which is the whole point of DDP.

The importer named on the declaration needs an active RUT with customs responsibility. Above USD 1,000 FOB the declaration must be filed by a licensed agencia de aduanas; we work with bonded agencies in Buenaventura, Cartagena and Bogotá and coordinate the mandate for you.

Sea freight to Buenaventura is usually 30 to 40 days port to port, and 35 to 45 days to Cartagena or Barranquilla depending on the transhipment through Panama. Air freight reaches Bogotá or Medellín in 5 to 8 days door to door.
